Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

General Terms:

  1. Payment Options:

    • You may choose to pay either 50% deposit or the full payment for the item you are pre-ordering.
    • If you pay a deposit, remember that the balance must be settled before the release date. If the balance is not paid on time, the deposit will be forfeited.

  2. Balance Payment Deadline:

    • The balance payment must be made within 7 days of receiving the email informing you that the item is ready for payment. If the balance is not paid within this period, the deposit will be forfeited.

  3. Limited Stock Availability:

    • Pre-order items have limited stock availability. In case of reduced stock from the supplier, we will follow a first-come, first-serve basis.

  4. Stock Shortages and Refunds:

    • If the stock runs out, we will offer a full refund for the pre-order.
    • No cancellations are allowed once the pre-order is placed.

  5. Item Authenticity:

    • All pre-ordered items are original and genuine from the manufacturer, unless otherwise specified.
    • We ensure that all items are new and factory sealed. However, we are not responsible for manufacturer defects and other imperfections.

  6. Shipping and Packaging Issues:

    • We cannot control delays in stock arrival or damage to packaging during shipping. We ask for your understanding if such issues arise.
    • We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping. If you are concerned about this, you may opt for full shipping insurance for your order.

  7. Release Date:

    • The release date of the item may change due to the manufacturer’s schedule, and this change may happen without prior notice.

Payment Terms:

  1. Non-Refundable Deposit:

    • The deposit you pay is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  2. Failure to Pay Balance:

    • If the balance payment is not made within 7 days after receiving the email, your deposit will be forfeited.

  3. Cancellation Policy:

    • No cancellations are allowed once your pre-order is processed.

  4. Stock Cut Refund:

    • If there is a reduction in stock from the supplier, your deposit will be fully refunded.

  5. Acknowledgment of Terms:

    • By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you have read and understood the item description and the pre-order terms and conditions.
